Refund Policy - the basics

Because most Breaux Co products are made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds & Replacements

Customers may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The item contains a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and should include the order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings.

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  • Custom or personalized products.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Returns

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Exchanges

Breaux Co does not offer exchanges for sizing errors made during ordering. Please review all sizing information before placing an order.

If an error was made by Breaux Co, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
